Who are today’s opponents?
Austin are going in search of back-to-back victories this afternoon (Saturday February, 1), when they take on LOVB Salt Lake.
Where is the game being played?
Today’s game forms part of a ‘Weekend with LOVB’ event at the Gateway Center Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
Three matches are taking place at the state-of-the-art venue across Friday and Saturday, with home side Atlanta playing twice.
They faced Salt Lake last night and are back in action against Omaha this afternoon.
What time does the action get under way?
Austin’s game against Salt Lake starts at 3.30pm CST.
Opposition guide
Salt Lake made a strong start to their 2025 LOVB Pro campaign by beating Atlanta 3-1 in the competition’s opening match.
But results have been somewhat mixed since then — losing consecutive games against Madison (2-3) and Houston (1-3), before getting back to winning ways when they hosted Houston again in Gameweek 3.
That victory was followed by a 3-0 defeat to Atlanta last night, however.
Outside hitter Roni Jones-Perry has been a key performer for the Utah-based side, amassing 71 points and 64 kills across her appearances to date.
Their progress is being overseen by head coach Tama Miyashiro, who previously enjoyed success as an assistant coach for both Allianz Stuttgart and the United States women’s national team — winning the German Bundesliga and three FIVB VNL titles, respectively, as well as a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Madi is heading into this game on good form, after putting in a player-of-the-match performance in her last LOVB Pro outing.
That match saw Austin sweep Omaha at the Liberty First Credit Union Arena, with the 23-year-old racking up an eye-catching 10 kills, two blocks and a .0450 hitting percentage.
It was a welcome return to winning ways for Madi’s team, who had previously lost 3-1 to Atlanta in Gameweek 2.
Austin will be looking to build on that positive result, then, when they take to the court for this afternoon’s clash with Salt Lake.
